• Law Degree at Milan Università degli Studi in 1989
• In 2000, together with Luca Troyer, she created the Studio legale Troyer Bagliani, which became TBLAW in 2011
• Member of the Milan Bar since 1993; enabled to assist in front of the Higher Courts since 2006
• She has been trainee and associate in leading Law Firms
